She showed us one house that was very nice but the property did not fit our needs for our horses. 24 hours later she had found another property in the same area and showed it to us. It was not actively for sale but she got it done for us! We are first time home buyers, and she walked us through the entire process with great guidance and advice. I contacted Susan needing help with a Comparitive Market Analysis for my home. Within the hour Susan had contacted me. We were able to do the the CMA over the phone with absolutely no problems. She also contacted me again that afternoon with a follow up e-mail making sure I had all of the information I needed. Susan was professional, helpful, and to be honest...nice! My wife and I started our home search in May. After viewing several homes and talking to a couple different agents and not having much luck, we had the pleasure of meeting up with Susan to view a home. We made our offer in the middle of October and didnt close until December due to some difficulties with the seller's relocation company and personal needs, however, Susan stuck with us throught the whole process from showing us homes starting in August to closing on a home in December (and working through some challenging difficulties with getting the paperwork completed correctly to the relocation company's satisfiction). We would absolutely recommend Susan for your real estate needs whether its buying/selling a home or property or even locating a property for investment purposes. She can do it all with expertise and a friendly smile.

Susan was referred to me by a friend of mine from about three years ago and I had the opportunity to use Susan this year for a real estate contract. I had never thought to do a real estate contract in which myself as the seller would sign a contract for the buyer to take over the property in title and eventually purchase the property. I was hesitant at first but received very detailed information from Susan about the process and she was more than willing to reexplain the process as many times as it took for me to understand which she had to more than once. As complicated as it initially sounded to me the actual paperwork process was seamless. Susan sent me electronic documents that were easy to fill out and the entire process was very quick and easy. We started the paperwork in August of this year and it took only a week or so to complete the contract. I could not have asked for better help from Susan and appreciated her expertise and believe you would too.

I recently sold a house in Los Lunas, New Mexico using Susan as my realtor. We closed escrow in July and I can say now that it was a long process. The house was on the market back in April and for 1 1/2 months did not receive one single offer even though the house was redone in various parts that needed repairing and looked really good. I have to say that although I was discouraged Susan kept propping me up with confidence and sure enough two solid offers came in within a week of each other. She put in a lot of time in making sure that the house was in the best condition for selling and considering I live in California I really had to depend on her more than the average seller and she did not let me down.
